Current clients for EAP, SAP and Managed Behavioral Healthcare Services include public and private employers with as few as 28 employees to more than 5000 employees. Services are available nationwide. HBA assigns an EAP consultant directly to each employment locations. All services are tailored to the unique and specific needs of each employer.

Services for smaller employers (under 100 employees) are delivered through a “pooled-risk plan”. This insures that the smaller employer receives all of the services available to larger employers at an affordable premium.

HBA cooperates with brokers and health plan consultants to insure the delivery of high quality responsive services to their clients.
