Human Behavior Associates provides Employee Assistance Programs, Substance Abuse Professional Services, and Managed Behavioral Healthcare Services nationwide. Our current counseling panel consists of several thousand licensed counselors, certified substance abuse counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and clinical social workers who are located throughout the United States and in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the American Virgin Islands. All therapists are state-licensed or nationally certified professionals with master’s or doctoral degrees and four or more years counseling experience. The average HBA counselor has 13.5 years experience. HBA maintains an “open panel” and will add qualified therapists to that panel at the request of employees, dependents or employer representatives. Application for panel membership will be considered based on location, experience and specific skills of the applicant

HBA has an ongoing need for qualified Substance Abuse Professionals as the third party administrator of SAP services for Federal, State and Municipal government agencies and private trucking companies and other employers of “safety-sensitive” employees. HBA refers employees for SAP evaluations nationwide.
