HBA has an ongoing need for qualified Substance Abuse Professionals as the third party administrator of SAP services for Federal, State and Municipal government agencies and private trucking companies and other employers of “safety-sensitive” employees. HBA refers employees for SAP evaluations nationwide.

Substance Abuse Professionals who meet the federal DOT qualification standards should submit an application for inclusion in HBA’s panel of Substance Abuse Professionals.
